Understanding Trek Difficulty Before You Sign Up One of the most common questions we receive is: "Is this trek suitable for me?" Our Trail Grading System helps you understand the physical demands, technical difficulty, and endurance required for each adventure before you commit. Every Adventures Unlimited trip is assigned a grade from 1 to 5, allowing participants to choose journeys that match their experience, fitness level, and personal goals.
